<p>The first black belt project of the company won the "2020 Lean Six Sigma Project Excellence Award", and the project team won the "2021 worker pioneer of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group".</p><p>On the afternoon of June 8, at the 2021 annual Lean Manufacturing Conference of Shanghai pharmaceutical, the company's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project "reducing power consumption per 10000 yuan output value" won the "2020 Lean Six Sigma Project Excellence Award", and the project team won the honorary title of "2021 Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group worker pioneer".</p><p>The project takes lean as a means, starting from the actual production needs of the company, and through a series of improvement methods such as secondary return air technology of HVAC system, frequency conversion control technology and parameter optimization, the energy cost is reduced by 12.37%, bringing actual benefits to the company.</p><p>The concept of Lean Six Sigma needs to be integrated with every link of the company's production and operation.
