<p> </p><p>The trade union of the company held the first member congress of the fifth session.</p><p>On the afternoon of November 27, the first Congress of the fifth trade union of the company was held in the multi-function hall on the third floor. 58 member representatives and 12 non voting representatives from all branches attended the Congress.</p><p>Also present at the meeting were you kunping, executive vice chairman of Xiamen manufacturing trade union federation, Shi Sujiang, a secondary researcher, Chen Min, vice chairman of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Trade Union, Jin Sicong, Minister of Party mass management department, and members of the company's Party committee. The meeting was presided over by Ye Hongying, chairman of the trade union.</p><p>At the meeting, ye Hongying, chairman of the company's trade union, made a report on the work of the fourth trade union committee on behalf of the fourth trade union committee. The report puts forward the main tasks for the next five years: first, give play to the role of bridge and link, and do a good job in publicity and education; Second, carry out mass economic and technological innovation activities; Third, perform basic duties and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees; Fourth, further strengthen the efforts to do practical things and good things for employees; Fifth, strengthen self construction and further enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of trade union organizations.</p><p>The meeting heard, deliberated and adopted the work report of the company's trade union made by Chairman Ye Hongying, the financial work report made by committee member Ye Zhenzhen and the fund review report made by director Chen Tianming.</p><p>The new trade union committee was democratically elected by secret ballot and differential election, and the trade union economic examination committee was elected by equal amount. 11 people including Che Li, ye Hongying, ye Zhenzhen, Jiang Jianlong, Chen Tianming, Lin Lihong, Hong Wei, Huang Jiayan, Huang Jianfu, Huang Qingyu and Cai Lihong were elected as members of the fifth trade union committee.
